About Rodolfo Godoy

FEI 3* Course Designer

I was born and live in Guatemala City, Central America. Since a very young age I have been involved with horses. First as a rider and for the last 17 years as a show jumping course designer. I started as a course designer assistant, then as a national course designer and in 2018 I got the FEI 3* level certification from the FEI.

My work as a course designer has led me to work in many national and international showjumping events throughout the Americas and have taken part of several course designing teams, working with top level course designers.

For more than 17 years, I have also been involved in the organization of national and international showjumping events, and developed a long trajectory as equestrian sports advisor for the Guatemalan National Federation.

As a course designer assistant

I have assisted FEI 3* and FEI4* course designers in international showjumping events in Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Mexico.

As a course designer

I have course designed showjumping events in Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, United States of América and Venezuela.
